Main Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Branding
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity (logo, colors, tone of voice).
- Run targeted ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok) to attract clients & candidates.
- Manage social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) with regular posts.
- Execute email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot) for job alerts, newsletters, and client outreach.
2. Graphic Design & Content Creation (All In-House!)
- Create all visual content: Social media posts, ads, banners, infographics, eBooks, and presentations.
- Design job ads & recruitment flyers to attract candidates.
- Develop employer branding materials (career pages, employee testimonials, culture videos).
- Edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) for recruitment marketing.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
3. Recruitment Marketing (Attracting Candidates & Clients)
- Write and design engaging job posts for social media & job boards.
- Optimize job ads for better reach & conversions.
- Build talent pipelines via targeted campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn outreach, Facebook groups).
- Promote employer brand to attract passive candidates.
4. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Assist in client acquisition through marketing materials (brochures, case studies, pitch decks).
- Support sales with cold outreach templates & LinkedIn prospecting.
- Track lead sources (Google Analytics, CRM) and adjust strategies.
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor campaign success (CTR, conversions, cost-per-hire).
- Report on ROI of marketing efforts (ads, social media, email).
- Use free/affordable tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Canva Pro).
