Main Responsibilities:



1. Digital Marketing & Branding


  1. Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity (logo, colors, tone of voice).
  2. Run targeted ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok) to attract clients & candidates.
  3. Manage social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) with regular posts.
  4. Execute email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot) for job alerts, newsletters, and client outreach.


2. Graphic Design & Content Creation (All In-House!)

  1. Create all visual content: Social media posts, ads, banners, infographics, eBooks, and presentations.
  2. Design job ads & recruitment flyers to attract candidates.
  3. Develop employer branding materials (career pages, employee testimonials, culture videos).
  4. Edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) for recruitment marketing.
  5. Ensure brand consistency across all visuals (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).


3. Recruitment Marketing (Attracting Candidates & Clients)

  1. Write and design engaging job posts for social media & job boards.
  2. Optimize job ads for better reach & conversions.
  3. Build talent pipelines via targeted campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn outreach, Facebook groups).
  4. Promote employer brand to attract passive candidates.


4. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  1. Assist in client acquisition through marketing materials (brochures, case studies, pitch decks).
  2. Support sales with cold outreach templates & LinkedIn prospecting.
  3. Track lead sources (Google Analytics, CRM) and adjust strategies.


5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  1. Monitor campaign success (CTR, conversions, cost-per-hire).
  2. Report on ROI of marketing efforts (ads, social media, email).
  3. Use free/affordable tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Canva Pro).
